Chiori is a 5-star, Geo, Sword, sub DPS character from Inazuma, and running a clothing store called "Chioriya Boutique" in Fontaine.

She first appeared in the 4.3 version event quest "Roses and Muskets," participating in a film shoot "The Two Musketeers" with Furina, Ayaka, Ayato, Chevreuse and Yoimiya.

Talent

[Passive 1: Tailor-Made]

Chiori's passive gives two choices after using Fluttering Hasode (Elemental Skill):

• Switch to the next characters in roster and make an Automaton Doll attack for 8 seconds

• When Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks hit, the doll can deal AoE Geo DMG by coordinated attack
  
  

2. Press Normal Attack >>> Tailoring

• Give Chiori extra Geo power for 5 seconds.

Notes: If you don't choose quickly, she automatically gets the Geo power boost.

[Passive 2: The Finishing Touch]

When a nearby party member creates a Geo Construct, Chiori will gain 20% Geo DMG Bonus for 20s.

Notes: Characters who can create Geo Construct: Zhongli, Itto, Ningguang, Albedo, Traveler(Geo)

[Passive 3: Brocaded Collar's Beauteous Silhouette]

If any team member wears special outfits or gliders, the whole party moves faster.

[Elemental Skill: Fluttering Hasode]

Chiori will dash forward and summon an "Automaton Doll: Sode" that performs an upward thrust dealing AOE Geo damage based on her ATK and DEF. Holding the skill lets you aim the dash direction. (like Keqing and Alhaitham)

The summoned Automaton Doll periodically slashes nearby enemies with AOE Geo damage. If there are any Geo constructs close by, a second Automaton is created at one of those locations for extra attacks, each with its own duration timer.

Key points:

• Upward Thrust Attack deals 254% ATK + 317% DEF as Geo DMG.

• Automaton lasts for 17 seconds and attacks every 3.6 seconds.

• Cooldown (Cd) for the skill is 16 seconds.

[Elemental Burst: Hiyoku: Twin Blades]

Chiori deals AOE Geo damage based on her ATK and DEF.

Signature Weapon

Chiori's signature weapon will be a sword with Base ATK of 542 and 88.2% CRIT DMG sub-stat.

Passive:

• Increase Defense stat by 20%

• Increase on-field Normal and Charged Attack DMG by 16%

• Increase off-field Elemental Skill DMG by 24%

• When deals Geo DMG, these boosts double for 15 seconds.

Her signature weapon will likely excel on her build, but Cinnabar Spindle may be her best four-star choices. Energy recharge weapons might also play a role depending on your team composition and playstyle preferences.

Notes: This weapon is also good for Albedo.

Increases targeting area for dolls and ensures an extra doll without needing a construct.

Adds more dolls upon triggering certain conditions.

As a sub DPS who operates similarly to Albedo, Chiori thrives as an off-field support dealing consistent damage through her elemental skills and bursts. She pairs particularly well with characters capable of creating Geo constructs such as Itto in mono-Geo teams.
