Since the release of the A Winter Night's Lazzo trailer in July 22, Arlecchino has been in the spotlight as one of the Fatui Harbingers. However, for almost the whole following year, there was nearly no information about her.

Arlecchino is the fourth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers also known by her codename "The Knave" (or "The Servant" in Chinese & Japanese).
According to scaramouche (Wanderer/Balladeer), Arlecchino is depicted as having an authoritarian personality masked by a graceful exterior, Those who glimpse her genuine, eccentric self reportedly disappear mysteriously.
Similarly, Tartaglia (Childe) describes her as entirely unstable and willing to serve her own interests, even if it means betraying her superiors.
From the known clues, She apparently is the one who runs the House of the Hearth orphanage, located in Snezhnaya. It seems to be a place to nurture the future members of the Fatui.
