ORDER INVALID STATUS

? Here’re the reasons why that happened (before order starts):

– your app can’t be found by our users for the desired keyword;
– your app is not free;
– your app is removed by certain market;

– your app can’t be promoted due to unknown system issue.

ORDER COMPLETED STATUS (NOT 100% COMPLETE)

? Here’re the reasons why that happened (after order starts):

– your app can’t be found by our users for part of the desired keyword;
– your app becomes paid;
– your app is removed by certain market;

– your app suddenly can’t be promoted due to unknown system issue.

 

! Suggestions:

– try to choose another, more detailed keyword by which your app is among TOP-250 on a certain market;
–check your app status;
–check the reason why it’s removed and contact support team from certain market;

*Note: If you notice that one of these reasons is right, try to fix it and after the problem is solved, you can safely go back to create a new order to promote your app.

OTHER ORDER STATUS

DRAFT – order created, but not paid. To run this order just click “start” to pay for it to execute, or edit first then pay for it to execute or delete it.
ACTIVE – order executes normally.
CANCELED – order is canceled, and the rest of the order amount is returned to account balance.
ACCOUNTING – order is canceled, and the system is calculating the refund amount.
COMPLETED (100%) – 100% completion of order.
