Born on the Halovian homeworld, Sunday and his sister Robin survived a catastrophic event caused by a Stellaron, which claimed their mother's life.
Despite this early trauma, Sunday found purpose within The Family, a cosmic faction devoted to Xipe the Harmony. However, beneath this allegiance, he secretly harbored a deeper ambition: to revive the deceased Aeon of Order, Ena, and craft an eternal dream paradise.

Sunday's narrative arc explores themes of order, harmony, and the pursuit of an ideal world. His transformation into the "Embryo of Philosophy" during the game's climax challenges players to confront his ideals and ultimately leads to his introspection and redemption.
The last time Sunday was seen was in prison, where he received a visit and a deal proposal from Jade of the IPC.

Sunday is expected to release in Version 2.7 Phase 1, possibly December 3, 2024.
When Sunday uses Skill, the target character can ignore 16% of enemy target's DEF to deal DMG and their summon can ignore 40% of enemy target's DEF to deal DMG, lasting for 2 turn(s).
After the first use of Ultimate, recovers 2 Skill Point(s). The DMG dealt by "The Beatified" increases by 30%.
Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
When the turn starts, regenerates 8 Energy.
Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
The Talent's CRIT Rate boost effect becomes stackable up to 3 time(s), and the Talent's duration increases by 1 turn(s).
When Sunday uses Ultimate, can also apply the Talent's CRIT Rate boost effect to the target.
When the Talent's CRIT Rate boost takes effect and the target's CRIT Rate exceeds 100%, every 1% of excess CRIT Rate increases CRIT DMG by 2%.

As the leak revealed, Sunday's light cone is called "A Grounded Ascent", providing Energy Regeneration, DMG buff and Skill Point Recovery.
Here's the detail:
"After the wearer uses Skill or Ultimate on one ally character, the wearer regenerates 6.0 / 6.5 /7.0 /7.5 / 8.0 Energy and the ability's target receives 1 stack of "Hymn" for 2.0 turn(s), stacking up to 3.0 time(s).
Each stack of "Hymn" increases its holder's DMG dealt by 15.0%/17.25%/19.5% /21.75% /24.0%. After every 2.0 instance(s) of skill or Ultimate the wearer uses on one ally character, recovers 1 Skill Point."
Based on leaked kit information, Sunday could be the best buffer for teams with summon.
The first team comes to my mind is Jing Yuan team.
For a past long time, the speed of Jing Yuan's Lightning Lord can only be increased by skill and ult from Jing Yuan, but can't directly from buffs.
Also, since the actions of LL and JY are spaced far apart in time, it can easily lead to overflow damage or result in LL missing the buff and even the turn in limited round.
But now Sunday's buff can be a good fit for Jing Yuan, and I suppose JY+Sunday team can be T1 team:
Jingyuan + Sunday +Robin + Aventurine
Sunday can advance action, increase CRIT rate, CRIT DMG & direct DMG and regenerate energy for his team.
Sunday can be the first character who can advance the actions of both characters and summons (like Lightning Lord and Numby).
Teams with summons can be highly beneficial, such as Jing Yuan team.
Sunday's ult will regenerate 20% Energy (like Tingyun), and increase the targeted ally character and summoning's CRIT DMG for 3 turns.
As the previous section stated, Sunday can benefit more characters with summons, for example Jing Yuan.
